How CMB handles website checks, private reports and customer information.

Who operates CMB
CMB (Check My Business on AI) is operated by Avenixsoft in Karachi, Pakistan. For privacy questions or deletion requests, email info@avenixsoft.com. This policy applies to ai.avenixsoft.com.
Information we collect
We store submitted website URLs, public website observations, calculated scores and scan timestamps. Orders store your name, business, email, chosen plan, optional submitted app and competitor URLs, payment reference and report status. Inquiry forms store the information you choose to submit. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or private credentials.
How we use it
We use this information to perform scans, prepare and deliver reports, respond to inquiries, maintain security and handle order questions. Your contact information is not added to a marketing list. Payment details are entered with the payment provider; CMB does not store card numbers.
Private access and service providers
Scan and order results are private by default and accessible through a long, unguessable token or an authorized admin session. Anyone with your complete private link can access it, so keep it confidential. Hostinger provides hosting. Lemon Squeezy processes payments when checkout is enabled. Transactional emails may be sent through our configured email provider. These providers may process data outside your country under their own policies.
Cookies and analytics
CMB uses a necessary secure session cookie for request protection and admin login. First-party analytics record aggregate daily event counts, such as scanner completion and plan selection, without tracking URLs, email addresses or advertising identifiers. We honor the browser’s Do Not Track signal for these events. Security rate limits use hashed network identifiers; hosting access logs may contain IP addresses. No advertising pixels are installed.
Retention and deletion
Free scans are normally retained for 30 days. Orders, reports and inquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months after activity, unless needed for an unresolved dispute or a legal obligation. Operational logs are cleaned periodically. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we may need to verify your control of the order email. Backups may retain deleted information until their normal expiry.
Your public website and external tools
The scanner reads publicly accessible pages. Do not submit a URL containing private tokens or sensitive query parameters. We do not send scan content to a generative AI provider in the current release. If that changes, this policy will be updated before enabling the integration.
